We provide custom printing services, specializing in Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers.

  • Custom Nature: All products sold are custom-made based on the digital files and specifications provided by you, the customer. We are a printing service, and we print the design files as-is.

  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about design quality, file format, or intellectual property rights.

 

3. User Content and Intellectual Property (IP)

 

This section is vital for a printing business.

 

A. Your Responsibility (Indemnification)

 

By submitting any artwork, text, or design ("Your Content") to MIDDAY DTF CENTER for printing, you promise and confirm the following:

  1. You are the legal owner of Your Content, or you have full permission and license to reproduce and use Your Content for commercial purposes.

  2. Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or privacy rights.

  3. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MIDDAY DTF CENTER from all claims, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any claim that Your Content violates the rights of a third party.

 

B. Content We May Refuse

 

We will not print any materials that we, at our sole discretion, deem to be illegal, threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or that clearly infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., major sports leagues, famous cartoon characters, major brand logos) without documented proof of licensing.

 

4. Order and Payment Terms

 

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price effective at the time the order is placed.

  • Payment: Payment is required in full before production of your custom DTF transfers begins.

  • File Requirements: We require print-ready files. Any time spent by us to correct or modify a file that does not meet our posted technical requirements may result in additional fees or delays.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive for accurate color reproduction. However, due to differences in computer monitors, ink, and material, we cannot guarantee that the color of your final printed product will exactly match the color displayed on your screen. No refunds will be given for slight color variations.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

 

This policy is in addition to the detailed Shipping Policy and Return/Refund Policy posted separately on the Site.

  • Custom Orders are Final: Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective due to our production error.

  • Defective Products: If you receive a product with a clear production defect (e.g., misprint, wrong size printed), you must contact us at middaydtfcenter@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or a refund.

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled if the design has not yet been sent to print production.

 

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 

  • Service "As Is": Our services and all products delivered to you are provided "as is" and "as available," without any guarantees, warranties, or conditions of any kind.

  • Limitation: In no case shall MIDDAY DTF CENTER, our owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
