Thank you for shopping with MIDDAY DTF CENTER. As a local, custom DTF print provider in Katy, Texas, we aim to get your high-quality transfers printed and shipped quickly.
1. Order Processing Time (Production Time)
All DTF transfers are custom-made upon order based on your submitted design files. This is the time it takes for us to print, cure, and prepare your order for shipping.

Standard Processing Time: 3-5 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays).

Processing Cutoff Time: All orders received after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.

Large Orders: Large volume orders (over 100 feet of gang sheets) may require additional time. We will contact you via email if we expect a delay longer than 7 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We proudly ship to all 50 United States.

3. Local Pickup (Katy, Texas)
For our local customers, we offer free pickup at our warehouse.

Notification: You will receive a separate "Order Ready for Pickup" email when your transfers are complete. Please wait for this email before coming to the warehouse.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
5. Tracking and Confirmation

Confirmation Email: You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after purchase.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
MIDDAY DTF CENTER is responsible for delivering your package safely to the carrier (USPS or UPS). Once the package is in the carrier's hands, the responsibility transfers to the shipping company.

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged package, please keep all packaging materials and the damaged transfers. You must contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We will assist you by providing any necessary information.

Lost or Stolen: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. We will contact you to confirm the correct address and collect the new shipping fee.
