Refund policy

This policy outlines the rules for returns and refunds for custom DTF transfer products purchased from middaydtfcenter.com. Because our products are custom-made, our policy is designed to protect both the customer and our business process.


 

1. General Policy (All Sales Are Final)

 

Due to the nature of custom printing and on-demand production, all sales of custom DTF transfers are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or decided you no longer need the transfer.

 

2. Refund and Replacement Eligibility (Our Error Only)

 

We only offer a full refund or a free replacement when the error is a clear production mistake made by MIDDAY DTF CENTER.

You must contact us at middaydtfcenter@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report a defect. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A detailed description of the defect.

  3. Clear photographs showing the defect (e.g., misaligned cut, severe banding, wrong transfer size).

 

Eligible Defects Include:

 

  • Wrong Product: We shipped a different design or transfer sheet than what you ordered.

  • Clear Print Defects: The transfer has clear production issues like severe ink banding, missing ink, or permanent blemishes not present in the submitted file.

  • Wrong Size/Quantity: We printed a size or quantity different from what was confirmed in your order receipt.


 

3. Non-Refundable Issues (Customer Responsibility)

 

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for issues resulting from the customer's actions or choices.

Issue Type Details (Why We Cannot Refund)
Design Quality We print the file you submit. We are not responsible for low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or low-quality results if the source file you provided was flawed.
Color Discrepancy Colors viewed on your computer screen (RGB) will slightly vary from the final printed product (CMYK). We do not guarantee perfect color matching to your screen.
Application Errors We are not responsible for transfers that are damaged, peel, or fail to adhere because of incorrect heat press settings (temperature, pressure, or time) or improper cold-peel technique. Instructions are provided for guidance.
Incorrect File Format We are not responsible for printing issues that arise from using an incorrect file type (e.g., submitting a JPEG instead of a transparent PNG as required).
Shipping Address Errors We are not responsible if the package is lost or delivered incorrectly because you provided the wrong address at checkout.
